In 1914, Teddy Roosevelt is a passenger on the Narcissus, an interurban trolley in Maine when he encounters a young farm girl who gifts him flowers.
Millie Thayer is a headstrong farmer's daughter who chases her dreams in a way you would expect a little girl nicknamed "Spitfire" would--running full tilt and with her eyes on the stars.
