A Caregiver's Prayer to be Read at Nebraska Medical Center Memorial Service

Jill Eisnaugle's tribute to caregivers is to be used in a small ceremony to honor a special group of nurses

On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, I received an e-mail from Art Ullrich, the hospital chaplain for The Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Chaplain Ullrich requested, and was granted, permission to read my poem, A Caregiver's Prayer, during a special memorial service for an extraordinary group of nurses who had given long-term care to a patient. The poem will also be used in the aforementioned hospital's newsletter, highlighting the service.
