Lynn Schneider, an author/reviewer who specializes in the new and growing genre of baby boomer fiction, reviewed Incomplete Passes: Reflections on Life, Love, and Football, and gave it four of a possible five stars.  Ms. Schneider called the book "thoroughly enjoyable" and "flawlessly edited."

While Incomplete Passes is a memoir rather than a work of fiction, it appeals to an audience of baby boomers.  Written in a conversational style, it is the story of four women who bonded in the 1960s over their mutual infatuation with Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers.  The book follows the women from 1961 through 2010.  They are still friends and Packer fans, reuniting annually in Green Bay to renew their ties and take in a game.
