The third book in the popular Elliott Smith Mystery series, "Caesar's Fall" tells the story of Chicago building renovator Elliott Smith's new neighbor, Bruno, an average guy who suddenly found himself the winner of a $57 million lottery. Elliiott tries to protect him from the predators and con men who immediately begin circling and scheming to get as much of the money as they can.
