The NaNoWriMo is the National Novel Writing Month where authors, students and writers get together in different districts.  The project that they take part in is to each write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days.  The novel is the basic draft with out edits.

This year I am writing the novel of the Spears.  A basic mock up of the cover was done in order to get in the mode and an outline created.

Now, six days into the project I am sitting at over twenty one thousand words.  The novel is actually working as well.  One friend has test read the Prologue and besides the editing that will be needed to clear up some small mistakes he is very interested in it.  To paraphase he is "Intreged" by the start of the story.
