Biblio.com is offering new copies at a cost of $571.82 (£363.27). Originally published in the U.K in 1991, the hard copy edition of the book has been out of print for some time.

Fortunately there is a much cheaper option. The revised edition, with added material, is available as an ebook from Amazon Kindle for only $1.32 (£0.89p U.K) and you do not need to have a Kindle to take advantage. A reading App. can be downloaded to most devices free of charge from Amazon.com (Amazon.co.uk).
