The Wizard of Swamp Alley

I like Amazon as a self-publishing/printing company.

In 2004, I went with a company who charged high prices to format and print three of my books because publishing was new to me and I was elated to have written and published stories. I've always wanted to become a writer. They proof read. They don’t edit.

Then I learned about self-publishing. After I began self-publishing with Amazon, they began selling my books at outrageous prices. This will be the third and last book I rewrite from the Sha Bebe Series, about magical dolls who live and breathe in their own doll land of Sha Bebe in the sugar cane fields of Louisiana. They've become Louisiana classics and I still love my five stories.

Simple writing and an introduction of the dolls in the first book, of the dolls who live in the land that is ruled by a queen named Faustina, has Cajun Angels, Cajun Fairies, Marie La Vie, Miss Betty Lou, Madame Plume and Madame Poulette. Not to forget the Sugar Mill Ladies. 

In the four other books, someone wicked always wants to steal the goodness of The Magical Land of Sha Bebe, but my stories leaves you wondering who will win the battles. It was fun ploting each story and writing their tales. Plume and Poulette have magic wands, but Plume's wand is the most powerful.... and then there are my baby Quizards. ;)
