So, after talking with Giselle in Amazon's help chat, I discovered that it's okay to publish something in Kindle Vella that you already published in KDP.
I literally published the first episode on KDP, and then the very next day, I discovered Kindle Vella, which is geared toward episodic short stories. It doesn't have the kind of payout I would like, but it's something.
I was telling my wife yesterday, that I told her about four years ago that, that is where writing is headed if it wants to keep up with other media. Apps like Tik Tok are only exacerbating this trend of short, concise bits of information. Even I'm guilty of it, as I like to make memes.
