Author and scriptwriter Jill Divine has now qualified as an independent filmmaker. Jill who has written eleven feature films decided the time had come to find out how she could produce them herself.
Jill has a belief in angels, and as usual they sent the right people her way to help her. In July 2006 Jill, along with her son David, attended Dov SS Simens filmmaking course at the University of Westminster. Some of Dov's previous graduates include Quentin Tarinto and Guy Richie, along with many other celebrities.
Jill left Dov's course, not just with a certificate, but also filled with some of his positive energy and a determination to get her films made.
A documentary that she has co-written with a friend is in production and filming of one of her short films will start shortly, whilst another is in pre-production.
She will then start filming on one of her feature films once financing is in place. (More about this one later).
