My new radio show

I now host a radio show at Global Talk Radio called "Fitness for Teens and Tweens."
On the last show, I had 3 guests: a registered dietician/nutritionist, a Pilates expert, and a teenager who made her own fitness DVD.
The show is geared towards parents who want information about how to keep their kids healthy (the info is actually useful for everyone!)
I also operate the website: www.fit-teen-inc.com, which also provides info and tools for parents to help keep their kids healthy. |
