"Pity the Wounded Animal" named as one of the two winners of the Editor's Choice Awards in the current issue of Chick Flicks Ezine.
As if having my short story, "Pity the Wounded Animal," published in Chick Flicks Ezine wasn't exciting enough, I just received notice today from the editors at Chick Flicks that it received one of the two Editor's Choice Awards for the March 15 issue! As we say in the South, I'm just "giddy as a schoolgirl!"
And many heartfelt thanks to all you Authorsden members who had read and commented on the story, which further prompted me to submit it to Chick Flicks. I'm so grateful for your support and good wishes. What a great group of people you are!
