Spoke to a disabled group about writing and publishing.
Yesterday, for the second time, I attended a group of disabled Houstonians called, “Man Up.” This group meets once a month to share ideas, bond, and try to create a normal life for living with a severe disability.
I was asked to talk to the group about how they could write and publish their own work. I enjoyed doing it, and gave each of them a copy of one of my books to help inspire them to write about their situation, and if it is good enough, get what they wrote published.
