Like its sister publication, Scintillae 2012, the new Painted Words anthology has been printed in large format and features 64 pieces from 30 writers and poet (240 pages). For the first time this year the anthology also features novel extracts by students enrolled in the Novel Writing units of the PWE program - as well as the usual selection of poetry, flash fiction, non-fiction and short stories. Along with myself, Peter Wiseman (designer and project manager), Dr. Tom McWilliam (line editor/editor) and Tru Dowling oversaw the book's publication with the help of students enrolled in the Diploma level 'Project Management' and 'Advanced Editing' units. Painted Words 2012 is available from the Bendigo TAFE library for $12.
