We invite you to check us out and hope you can consider our event for 2014 when Hem Bunting, highlighted as the King of Cambodia Marathon, runs and for his efforts has been underfunded for years even after his 72nd finish at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. He has a personal best of 2 hrs 23 mins in Paris 2012. He has not been able to afford his training nor his rent. The years now leading up to Brazil 2016 Summer Olympics will be his only dream even as "funding" cuts that have him living in poverty in Cambodia. The You tube video is still a re-ocurring theme for Active Cambodian Athletes and it would be necessary to include other athletes and coaches in our funding for this event 12 days and 400 km #Marathons4Cambodia campaign.
I am a projectleader with an entry to be selected as a documentary submission to STORYHIVE Edmonton Canada, an online event for aspiring story and filmmakers.
