A limited editon series of charcoal drawings of Soeur Sourire to be released.
In the process of our research we have come across rare personal photographs that belonged to Soeur Sourire and Annie Pecher. Due to copyright laws I cannot place these pictures on my Soeur Sourire web page, but I can share them with fans by sketching from them. The drawings are graphite and charcoal. Each print is an artist proof and there will be no others printed.
The drawings are 8.5 X 12 and printed on acid free 110 lb acrylic paper. Each one is signed by D.A. Chadwick and numbered from 1 to 100. I will release a new print about every two weeks. The first print is of Soeur Sourire in her Dominican habit, but most will be of Jeannine after she left the convent. I tried to keep the price where all fans could afford them at a total of $35 which includes shipping and handling.
The proceeds will fund research in Belgium and France. We have completed all of our research that can be done here in the USA.
