Gail Dixon wins County Fair Jambalya Contest.

With Author Slyvia Gutry and restaurantuer present, one of 4 judges. Contest sponsered by local radio station KBLX 102.9 fm.

Gail Dixon triumph over 115 contestants, in flavor, texture and presentation.

Gail Dixon contributes her win to her roots from New Orleans and where here family for decades live and still reside.

Dixon won a all inclusive round trip air flight back to New Orleans for a 4 day stay and a Dinner for 2 a the top notch restaurant of her choosing.

Dixon revealed to us that she is working on opening a restaurant in New Orleans and here in the Bay Area.
