WE CARE BALTIMORE’S goal is to connect those in the community with resources that will help them maintain or become self-sufficient despite a traumatic experience. For, we believe in providing a holistic approach to all.
WE CARE BALTIMORE, INC. is a program that has been formed to assist individuals who have experienced some level of trauma and economic hardship such as job loss, sudden death of a loved one etc.
WE CARE BALTIMORE, INC. thrives in working in collaboration with other organizations to reduce barriers that individuals may face.

About Ms. Stephanie Poplar
Ms. Stephanie Poplar is a dynamic trainer, motivational speaker, and Business Networking Coach, 501 C-3 consultant, author, real estate agent, and radio host of two shows which include “Journey to Wellness and Success” and the “ER” Hour, Empowerment Resource Hour.
She holds her M.A. in Legal, Ethical & Historical Studies & B.A. in Government & Public Policy from the University of Baltimore, and an A.A. in General Studies from Villa Julie College. Ms. Poplar is a Network Director of NAFE, National Association of Females Executives and a Co- Director of a multicultural networking group called, Face to Face Networking.
