The book presents statistics on the extent of the problem and harm caused by toxic individuals in the Dark Triad of personality disorders or who have Cluster B disorders from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. A discussion of the Dark Triad and their characteristics, as well as traits of a particularly difficult subset of the disorder which psychologists call covert narcissism, is presented. A section will follow on trauma and trauma bonding, including poetry, my experience and what I learned, and some information on trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I explain the strengths I used to overcome and heal from this type of relationship. Twenty five healing methods are explained, energetic, spiritual and emotional healing.
