Flying Dream Log

Feb 26, 2002

I was walking down a busy street and decided to sit and float down the street. Everybody was looking at me but I was reading and payed them no mind.

March 3, 2002

Last night I levitated but didn't remember that I was dreaming. I thought I was awake and said wow, I feel light, and I bounced up, but then I had to hold on to my bedpost to levitate. My husband (at the time)was in the room but acted like it was no big deal. The same way he acted in real life, like I was invisible.

About a year before I was flying and giving people free rides to work by holding on to me. Then I had a sliegh and took people for rides in that. A year later I started ignoring people as I flew by.

When I first started lucid dreamimg,

I thought I had to hold onto a piece of tin, a can cap to be exact.

In my waking life I thought, how insecure it was. If Iwas dreaming then why would I need anything to help me fly? I should've been able to just fly.

So, the next time I knew I was lucid dreaming I would run on the beach jump, and fly. I did that quite often until I said wait, why do I even have to run and jump to fly?

What that was telling me in my waking life was that I lacked confidence.

So, before I fell asleep I would say dream tonight and fly with no help.

Remember fly…fly…Remember I'm dreaming...dreaming.

I would know I was dreaming by noticing things that looked wrong, odd, distorted or, scary.

So, I fell asleep and I'm having a lucid dream. I'm onthe beach and I said okay, flly!  And I started flying just like that! From saying the word fly!

From these exercises I learned how the power of thought manefests into reality.

Electric is a conduit like our bodies are. If we could see the electrons in the air it would look like rain.

These electrons are like a recorder and whatever we say gets carried out and becomes manifest. Whether it's saying something good or, an argument, there is always a reaction to our words.

Slaves who fled their masters were classified as insane. This term came from Dr. Samuel Cartwright who was an apologist for slavery in the pre-Civil War era. This release of my Anoka Time file is a look at slavery in the modern context of Minnesota N
