AZ Authors Association celebrates its 30-year anniversary this year by announcing a liaison with Five Star Publications, Inc. to sponsor four of the prizes in the upcoming Arizona Authors Association's international Literary Contest.
Some lucky unpublished novelist will receive a $6,000 Five Star Publications Silver Partnership Publishing Plan (http://www.partnershippublishing.com/).
Winners in all three published categories will receive free listings on Author and Experts (http://www.authorsandexperts.com/) or School Bookings ( http://schoolbookings.com/).
Providing excellence in publishing and marketing since 1985, Five Star Publications, Inc. offers its award-winning services to new and seasoned authors.
Since it began in 1978, AZ Authors, a nonprofit association, has launched the careers of many authors through the Arizona Literary Magazine.
The contest opens January 1, 2008 and closes July 1, 2008. Awards will be presented at a banquet on November 8, 2008. Authors do not have to be members of the organization or live in Arizona to compete.
Published categories include fiction, nonfiction, children's literature.
Unpublished categories are poetry, short story, essay and novel.
Critiques for unpublished works are available on request.
