Incredibly Beautiful Master Piece! 

I have to admit, at first I thought the price for this book was a bit steep, particularly considering the number of pages.  Now that I have it in my possession, I have to say this is such a sublime creation that I don't think personally the price is too much at all!  In all honestly, I truly think it's worth far more than the price it is listed at and then some!.  The poetry by Dawn Huffaker alone is a breath of fresh air but the stunning photographs by Michele Duncan makes for a match made in Heaven. 

Recently I finished a book I stumbled upon on Amazon called "Same Kind Of Different As Me" by Ron Hall and Denver Moore.  New York Times Best Seller and deservingly so.  It gave me a feeling that indeed God himself had a hand in it.  (Don't take my word, read some of the reviews on Amazon and see how many others mirror those same feelings as well).  But the reason I mention that is because I got the same feeling from "Flower Escapes."  It's "Thee Perfect" coffee table book and because it is so beautifully done and inspirational, I can easily see it in Doctors waiting rooms all across the world as well as in Beauty Shops, Nail Salons and yes, Flower Shops beyond a shadow of a doubt!  For the guys out there, I don't think there is a woman on the planet that wouldn't love this, and I'm sure they would feel as though you have indeed, given them a tiny portion of Heaven.  And getting back to sharing it in waiting rooms?  I would also like to issue one word of caution.  Keep tabs on it or it might grow proverbial legs and walk away on you, if you know what I mean. 

Those who love nature?  This is a must and you won't just be pleased, you'll be stunned!  The pictures are indeed breath taking and I also think it would do nicely in any school setting.  I would also say that if I didn't have one, I would buy it as a gift for someone I love "INSTEAD of actual flowers or to accompany the flowers."  This little creation deserves to be in the finest art galleries across the land and I know a few artists I believe would love to recreate on canvas, some of the incredible images captured by Michele's lens.

In closing, if this all seems like mighty high praise it is, but I think it falls short of the mark.  It states in the upper left hand corner, "Escape Awhile Into God's Garden!"  Which I think personally is a pretty bold statement to make as well but truth be told, it feels exactly like that!  Again, this is hard to explain but I have seen flowers for so many years but the apparently God given gift that Michele has, to capture breath taking pictures combined with Dawn's incredible poetic ability to give nature a truly believable and authentic voice, makes this creation not only something that is intensely beautiful in all regards, but spiritually healing as well.

One last thing, incredibly stupid as this might sound.  Until I looked at the pictures in this book, I had no idea how truly beautiful flowers actually are.  I have a feeling though, that when you have it in your hands, you will understand exactly what I mean.
