I signed it and made my statement.  And it is not my petition. Someone else is behind it. It wasn't even my suggestion. I didn't even have this idea. Shame on me.

The details follow my name below with a link (you may use a fake name if you fear the GR bullies will come after you and your work):  I used my real name. I learned in Vietnam when people were shooting at me that the only thing to fear is fear itself.  That doesn't mean I wasn't afraid that I might die or be seriously injured. It just means I didn't let fear make my decisions for me.

Besides, the GR bullies have already targeted me.

Every single day, Amazon users are harassed by other users who have nothing better to do than stalk and bully other people. On Amazon, there is no way to stop it and people are harried by these people all the time. Goodreads has a blocking mechanism on their site to protect their users and keep bullies from voting or commenting on their reviews. Facebook and Twitter also have a similar mechanism to protect their users. Amazon does not and it sorely needs it.
