Writers workshop to host Van Buren writer, Joyce Rapier.
Linda Slater, president of River Valley Writers, cordially invites the
public to attend a writers workshop on Sunday, November 10, 2002
beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Fort Smith Library located at 2301
Rogers Avenue. Joyce Rapier of Van Buren, author of Windy John's
me 'n tut will be on hand to autograph copies of her book and
answer questions regarding publishing proceedures and how she
began writing her first novella. Her second book, Windy John's,
Rainbow and the Pot of Gold, the sequel to Windy John's, me 'n tut
is currently being reviewed by her publisher, PublishAmerica, Inc.
of Frederick, Maryland.
