Because I found the name of my book, Bunzwich, Soup and Salad Shop, to be confusing to many people, I have changed it to: Designer Sandwich, Soup and Salad Shop, with the same contents. I suggest that the sandwich bread recipes in this book be portioned into bun form pans, producing a perfect shape for a Bunzwich sandwich.
