I have finally finished reading this very powerful book, "Fill My Eyes!" It was all that I thought it would be and more. I love the way the author used the correct "backwoods" type of language that really added to the story itself. The book kept my attention, to the point that I would sometimes read a page again, just to get the full meaning of what he was trying to tell me. The book speaks volumns about our society and how much we need a two parent household full time, no matter how hard. A parent's love and guidance is what will keep children on the right path, as this book really points out. The unusual love shared between these two brothers is something that you can't describe, you would just have to read this book to figure it out. It's funny at times and "dreadfully" suspenseful also. The ending is not something you would expect. This author has really spoken from his heart to let us know what this world is coming to.
