Phoenix Love is 18 years old, tends bar in a sleazy hotel, and is the sole carer for 5 year old Echo. Phoenix is unsociable, coarse, with a secretive past and a penchant for arson. He’s also captured the obsessive attention of Senior Constable Daniel Hart.
