The Illinois_Family_Rights_Association is looking for parents with backbone to go to Springfield and then on to our Nation's Capitol to fight for A Family Ammendment to Our Constitution.
This Ammendment would ensure that No State Child Protection Services would be allowed to remove a child from his/her "true and natural"parents and place more emphasis on "familly preservation" rather then paying foster care givers and adopters incentive payment bonuses.
This Family Rights Ammendment would guarantee the parents the same right to Due Process of Law and the right to meet their accusers in Child Protection Adjudication hearings.
It would remove from The Illinois Constitution the grounds to terminate the parental rights on the grounds of "Mental Illness and Deficiency" and remove the grounds to terminate if a child is in foster care 22 out of 15 most recent months as well.
It would be asking The State and Federal government not to but in when it comes to raising one's child or children as guaranteed by The United States Supreme Court.
It would need more than "preponderance of the evidence " to terminate on the ground of the Best Interest of The Child and any other grounds it would take "Beyond A Reasonable Shadow of A doubt and Moral Certainty" rather than "Clear and Convincing" evidence.
It would give back the "true and natural" parents the right to raise, educate, discipline (within reason) and train their child or children without any Federal or State interference.
Parents need to stand up for their rights and more needs to be done for the "true and natural" parents rather than the foster care givers and adopters.
