I’m working hard, writing my new book, titled on the order of: “Designer Soups, Sandwiches and Salads. How to operate your shop with just two people. This new book will present an opportunity of marrying this small business with Designer Pies.
The recipes in this book have been used by our family’s “from scratch” bakery, and later, our family’s restaurant. The soups, for the most part, are quick and simple to make, and the breads are wonderful, some which we’ve never seen featured in those expensive franchise chain bakery/coffee shops.
Oh, and there’ll be a coffee section too, offering low-cal, no-cal traditional brews.
