A new study by Harvard scientists has confirmed a link between vitamin D supplementation and a subsequent increase in testosterone levels of men taking the supplements.

Vitamin D Helps Boost Testosterone in Men

By: Click here

A new study published by a group of Harvard scientists in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology reveals an astounding breakthrough: That boosting testosterone in men may be as simple as having the men take Click here with regularity.

In an era and in a society where television and radio are both bombarded non-stop with advertisments touting this testosterone-boosting supplement or that testosterone-boosting medication --- almost all of which are quite expensive, with some even necessitating a visit to a physician's office, a safe, natural solution to the problem of low testosterone may be as simple as getting out in the sun more and/'or taking inexpensive, over-the-counter vitamin d3 supplements regularly.

Click here is advisible over D2, the other form often marketed as a human health supplement as it is more readily absorbed by the body. D3 is the natural form of the vitamin/hormone. It is obtained from sunlight, absorbed and synthesized for use by tiny vitamin D receptors embedded just under the skin in humans. Esposure to sunlight is nature's primary source of vitamin D.

Vitamin D2, on the other hand, is a synthetic compound manufactured by humans and made from plant-based material. It is not absorbed as well as is D3, so men wishing to increase testosterone are encouraged to seek a supplement containing D3 (also known as cholecalciferol), as opposed to one containing D2 (also known as ergocalciferol).

So Click here. They're cheap, safe and very effective at now only raising those ever-important male sex hormone levels, but also in boosting the immune systems of both men and women alike. There are nearly 50 different diseases and conditions that have been scientifically linked to vitamin D deficiency, and low testosterone is but the latest of these.

Rather than pay hundreds of dollars for expensive medications or unproved supplements, men are now being encouraged to purchase a high-quality D3 supplement and take it daily at a dose consistent with a doctor's recommendation.

Virus X by Frank Ryan

Where do viruses, such as Ebola and HIV, come from and why they are so aggressive? This book changed tenets of evolutionary virology, developing the concepts of aggressive symbiosis and plague culling, which explain much of the horror of plague virus

Darwin's Blind Spot by Frank Ryan

The symbiotic pattern of evolution is everywhere and allows us a very different and fascinating window into the way symbiotic viruses work, since all viruses are symbiotic, including those involved in our human reproduction.
