"Loving Andrew" received an IndieReader Discovery Award
My book: "Loving Andrew: A Fifty-Two-Year Story of Down Syndrome" won second place in the non-fiction category of the IndieReader Discovery Awards announced at the Book Expo America in New York City on June 1, 2013.

Founder Amy Edelman, says the aim of IndieReader is twofold: “to create a more level playing field for authors who choose to go it on their own; and to give book lovers the opportunity to discover great works that they might not otherwise have found.”
