Creativity and Mental Health Workshop

A three-part creative writing workshop, exploring our experience and how it relates to our creative flow.

This workshop will include a strong element of guided visualisation, mind/body/spirit and manifestation. The workshop will also include assignments to complete between sessions.

We will have a brief look at some of the research. However, this workshop will be very hands-on. The emphasis will be on sharing, and learning from, our own experience.

Please come with an open mind.

Led by Zhana of Camberwell Scribes.
