Hello,
I'm very busy raising an eight year old grandson who has cerebral palsy and is blind in one eye.
I'm editing several novels and have completed two illustrated poetry books. Currently I'm looking for interested publishers.
Would love to keep in touch with everyone who enjoys my poetry but there is never enough time. If you'd like updates on what's going on, you'll find it here.
Love,
Sandy

It's snowing here . . . or trying to ;)!
Thought it would be a nice time to share one of Doogie's poems:
Monsters
by Christian Douglas "Doogie" Turner
There's a hairy monster underneath my bed;
I don't know what he is, but I call him Ed.
His nose is very long
when I sing, he grunts along--
blubble, burble, blimp, bump.
Ed's not too tall, just a runt--
glubble, gurbie, glimp, glump.
There's a scary monster hanging 'round my bed
he's not really bright though he's got a big head.
His ears are way too small
yet he grins from wall-to-wall--
slubble, surble, slimp, slump.
His fingers clawed, hand but stumps--
flubble, furble, flimp, flump.
There's nary a monster underneath my bed--
they've all gone outside to play under the shed.
Thought their eyes are huge . . . big,
they twirl and dance a cool jig--
clubble, curble, climp, clump.
Gross monsters wearing weird wigs--
giggle, gaggle, goose bumps!
He keeps me feeling young :)!
Love,
Sandy
