How goes it?

Caryn here. Just checking in to say "hello dahlinks" and see what's new and juicy with you.

Summertime and the livin' is easy....HA! HA! HA!

Maybe for some folks, but not for this kid. Work, work, work, do you believe I live 30 minutes from the beach and have not seen it one time yet so far this year? Truly, truly this is shameful. I make Snow White look tan...I mean come on!

I'm busy as always and know you are also. Just wanted to say hello. What's new here otherwise?
Well, I am a "Nana" officially again. Tom's daughter Theresa (and her hubby Chris) gave birth to a beautiful little baby girl a few weeks ago...and "Aubrey was her name"...loved that song. My father died a few weeks ago also (actually the same week Aubrey was born). Hope his soul didn't jump into her (God save us all!), but life...and death....go on and such is the circle.

I have a little book coming out hopefully for the holidays and if you are good and stay my friends and still love me you may get one. It is called "Getting My Feet Wet" and it is a short book of my updated poetry, a few short stories and some teasers from the re-release of "Fly"...Danczah and everything else is still on hold. No time to work on it. "Fly" the screenplay...well we made the first cut in the Jacksonville Film Festival, but didn't make the final cut. We entered Project Greenlight...didn't win that either, but hey we are still plugging. Lin is busy working on other projects, and him and I have just not had the time to get back together and push it. 2005 will be my year though...The year of the Rooster - The year of Caryn/Cruella/Countessa....hopefully all will fall into place. "Fly" will be rereleased next year - in hardback I promise - new, improved, better edited...it will come, the sell of the screenplay will come, "Danzah" will come, another book I'm collaberating on, but can't tell you the title yet it's a secret - that's coming too.

We are going nowhere until the fall when we are going to the carribbean to "Atlantis" the fantastic get-away vacation-location, can't wait.
