Welcome to any and all readers interested in the novels by Penni Weston. I hope to keep you updated on the progress of my first novel, Accidental Outlaw, and any others to follow. If you have already read the book, I would enjoy any comments you might have. Thank you.
As of March, my book is listed in many places I've discovered. I am even listed in the UK and Canada through Amazon.com I still haven't had my book signing yet. I've hit a few snags where that's concerned. One snag is time. I am caregiver to my mother and I have to devote time to that. But she is having a wonderful time reading my book, as proud as a peacock about it. I would like very much to hear from anyone who has read Accidental Outlaw and let me know what you think. Newsletter Dated: 7/8/2004 1:17:07 PMSubject: Contracts & Copyright I sent in my book contracts and also a copy, the appropriate form and 30 bucks for my copyright of my 2nd book. I hope things go a bit faster this time for book 2, but since Publish America is getting to be an extremely popular publisher, I don't know.
I continue to work on my "lost from my hard drive" 412 page book, Marble Halls. I do have it on back up this time. I am also working on more creative activities for the children's encyclopedias published by Gryphon House. Those are such wonderful books for teachers of young children. And I do have a lot of experience in that field, even though I'm not actively working in that field now. I wouldn't change being a published author for anything.
