Hello!

Well, here it is! My very first newsletter.

Wow, this is really, really exciting. To begin with, my first book is out and I'm extremely excited about finally getting it in print. If any of you are writers, you certainly know what I mean. It's a long road from when you sit late at night at your computer willing the words to come forth to when you finally get to hold that puppy in your hands.

The big announcement is about my novel, STRONG ARMS TO HOLD ME. Released this month from Wings Press, (www.wings-press.com) it is available in both downloads and trade paperback. Beginning in Texas after the Civil War, we find two brave people, Reed Strong, an ex-rebel soldier, and Callie McCallister, an Army fort commander's widow, thrown together in desperate circumstances. Despite the hardships they face and the constant threat of their pasts catching up with them, both find love and learn what it takes to stand against the odds.

Also, although I know it's hard to think about it now with summer just getting started, but this December, my second book, THE MAD EARL, will be coming out from Wings Press. A Regency Historical, it's a story of a young woman thrown into marriage with an unstable aristocrat. Mystery, mayhem, and murder ensue!
