In "Thunderball", Bond is asked by the villain to show his prowess with a shotgun. Holding the shotgun at his waist with his back to the range he says. "It looks difficult." The clay pigeon flys out suddenly, Bond turns and casually shoots it down with the shotgun still at waist level. "Oh no, it isn't." he says with a smile.

This always got a big laugh at the theater, showing how cool and adroit Bond is.

This teaches us the power of making something look easy. Especially when we accomplish something difficult and refrain from going into the "It almost killed me." act.

Of course, don't try to act too cool as if "It was nothing." But don't go to the other extreme either. Just get the job done, accept the thank you, or congratulations with grace and go to the next mission.
