February is already here and I've been busy, busy, busy--that is until last week since it arrived filled with hiccups.

Has that ever happened to you? Despite the best plans, life got in the way and I finally gave up. This also meant that I stopped all attempts at sticking to my plan since it continued to be interrupted.

First, there were technical hiccups, then there were unexpected opportunity interruptions, and finally there was the blood work results for my friend's little dog--it looks like early detection of cancer. Needless to say, she has been a mess and I took time to be her advocate at the vet and to just spend time with her in the first wave of grief and denial.

Today, I stopped what I was doing to watch a segment of the puppy bowl with my pal after I took her to the veterinarian for more tests on her dog. Super silliness, it brought smiles to both our faces.

Anyway, this last week was a reminder to me to remember to focus on the journey of life, the process at hand and let go of the attachment to the ideal, goal or outcome.

Seldom do I hit a wall, but I smacked right into it this time! The difference is that instead of powering through as I always do, I just stopped and let myself be.

Anyway, my business coach is keeping me super busy and my agent is "encouraging me" to get the mold book to her. Quite frankly, my priorities have that book project scheduled for later in the year.

February means more changes that will take effect and continue throughout 2015. If you are interested in getting more regular updates beyond the newsletter, you'll need to join a new list--not sure when I will send that out to you but I am already in the process.

Don't worry, I'll send the links and options out soon. At the moment I am still in the midst of restructuring and I don't want you getting information you are not interested in.

BTW the BBCOC and I are going to give viewers the option of $1 trial access to the premium topics for a month, after which the premium membership will resume at the monthly rate.
