Happy Hello Dear Readers!

Spring and summer bring happy times with family, flowers and fields of green. For me traveling to see relatives in Nebraska is one such happy time. Sleeping roses reach once more to the heavens. Freshly born marigolds pop from the earth. The grass returns to green. These happenings are some of the things that represent the much loved Spring and summer. The empty echoing cold of white is once more behind; and life’s beauty is all around. I am thankful to be a part of the bounty.

INBETWEEN BOOKS ACTIVITY

Inbetween books activity may not be the right title for this section since I continue to work on draft indexing, production issues and await proof pages. An example of a production issue is title choice. The title for the forthcoming book is: _Women of Afghanistan in the Post - Taliban Era: How Lives Have Changed and Where They Stand Today_. But other writing activities are rolling in. In the last newsletter, I spoke of two activities, consulting and an article. This newsletter brings tidings of yet another invited article with World Book Encyclopedia online edition and an invitation to do an hour long radio interview. The Encyclopedia article will address female genital mutilation. More later on the radio interview.
