Shhh Did you hear that

Shhh! Did you hear that?
An errie sound, a moanful cry
Fluttering sounds of flying bats
An alarmed hiss of a frightened cat

Shhh! Did you feel that?
Something icy against my neck
Something foul lingers here
Blood drops trickle behind my ear

Shhh! Did you see that?
Beware! A skeleton! Hanging there!
A ghostly figure drifting near
Its hideous mouth ajar with fear

Ghosts and ghouls
Bats and Cats
Sounds all around
Moans! Groans! Bones!

Shhh! Did you hear that?
Shhh! Did you feel that?
Shhh! Did you see that?
Shhhhhh!

Indeed we hear,we see but how many KNOW what the ghosts of past incarnations are conveying to us..Let's not allow fear to blind us to that which we must see in order to be free...look within the truth is there..bare!!

I here it now Gwen ... all inside my heart.
Like I heard it in childhoods days. And I hear it in agony of how my yesterdays are barren and worrry about tomorrow. Bill

I'm glad I didn't read this too close to bed time.
My last job I frequently had to remove bats from people's rooms. I grew rather fond of the little buggers.
But...shhhh, don't tell anyone.
