Help me Lord not to murmur or complain,

nor speak an angry word.

Help me Lord to appreciate what you have given to me, and not to long for what I do not have.

Help me Lord to show compassion to others, and to display the love of Christ.

Help me Lord to humbly stay abiding in your word, with the understanding Lord that, it is only in your strength I stand, to bring Glory and Honor to your Holy word.
