The cross I bear
seems so big
and heavy to carry.
Sometimes I falter
beneath the weight
and cry oh God!
it is much too heavy!
It is then He speaks
to me.
" Look my child, there
is a light on your cross!
see ' I am the light
that lightens your heavy
load!
The light on your cross is
illuminating the path
that leads to
your divine destiny.
