I see your hand extended

hand to me

I hear your voice of cheer

saying to me, the struggle

is over! no more weights

to weigh you down.

No more addictions

to bring you into bondage

come my child to the feast

prepared just for you!

come in now without

a moments delay

for I have set you free

from the ravishes of sin.

Leave spouse and children

I will bring them to this

place. For in your strength

they will not budge, but I will

deal with them. You will not

lose one of them, for they

are mine too.

It is your obedience and

your faith that I am seeking

and to test your love and

devotion.

Come my child get up

and sit at the table

already spread for you.

Yes Lord! yes Lord!

I answered here am I

lead me to pastures green

where still waters flow,

and yes Lord I see

the table, and  am much

obliged to sit at your table!

with the comforting assurance

that it is not just for me and my

family but for all who will

surrender to your will and purpose!

It is so good to know that

I shall never lack anything

sitting at your table!
