I felt your pain today

and begin to see

the hard decisions

that you have to make,

and how much weights

you are made to bear

with secrets within

which strains you

so much.

I felt your pain today

and am all so very sorry

for being so harsh

at times, for I did not

know that you had so

much pain!

For you act as if you

do not care and nothing

seems to affect you!

but today I felt your pain

and feel the warmth of my

love for you!

From this day I will hold

and comfort you promising

to keep the peace!

allowing the Lord to have

preeminence.

and realize that you are

that special one sent from

above to light up my life

in spite of all the pain!
