I must get up,

and go from this place.

I must leave off,

from being complacent,

and feeling sorry for myself.

The past I must relinquish!

Yes everything that disturbs,

my peace of mind I must let go!

I must go,

even though none go with me!

Perhaps I must go,

and trail blaze for those,

who are unable to go right now!

For then there will be a trail,

for others to follow and like,

the children of Israel up out,

of Egypt they traveled through,

a wilderness of darkness to seek,

for a new land! promised to them,

by God to possess it!

Yet they could not forget Egypt.

I must go and not get stuck,

in the wilderness!

holding on to the old way of life!

I must go and possess the new,

way of life that is unfolding,

before my very eyes!

For Jesus Christ beckons me,

to go and I see all lights are green!.

I must go and claim what is rightfully

mine! I must go in Jesus name.
