In the darkness she cried

Who turned the light off

But the light was still on

Oh the darkness in her soul

For she had strayed far from

The path and there was leaness

In her soul.

She shouted desperately again

Turn the light on....it was a desperate

Cry for help for the light was still on...

She said she must be tripp'n...she said

She was tired...... please Lord hear

Her cries and turn the light on in her soul

Bring joy again to her soul...restore

Her O Lord.....Turn the light on to

Light her path once more......thank You
