SIMPLICITY

The escape from simplicity or the consciousness of simplicity is the primary cause for unhappiness.

Keep it simple Simon, Mary,
Life need not be difficult or complicated;
Not for humans anymore than it is for birds, flowers and beasts.
Nature reveals simplicity in myriad expressions; the changing seasons, mountains, rivers, stars, moon and sun. Without ornamentation or disguise nature manifests power and beauty.

Despite the complexity of living it is as natural for humans to live lives of simplicity as it is for nature to express simplicity. However, this requires that a person have a consciousness that connects him naturally with nature, not as an aberration of nature that is evident in his presumptuous disposition that he is the masterpiece of Creation. This is nothing more than sheer arrogance that causes him to reject simplicity. To possess a consciousness of simplicity is tantamount to practicing simplicity and embracing a naturalistic lifestyle.

Benefits derived from living a simple life are numerous. They include freedom from the consciousness of scarcity, which except for the fear of death, is man's most formidable enemy, ability to live a better quality of life with less money, lack of a need for the approval of other people, have minimal stress, high self-esteem, an optimum health-consciousness and experience joy and happiness.
Keep it simple Simon, Mary.
