This is how it is... it is like this.
This may not be the way you want it to be;                         
This may not be the way you perceive it to be. This is how it is... it is like this. The way it is at present with definitiveness, in process, being and becoming that ceases in being.
This is how it is...it is like this. What it is, why it is, where it is and when it is have meaning only in how it is. This and it refer to the person, thing or idea that is present.

How it is reveals the meaning of the person, thing or idea. Ultimately, only meaning matters. Meaning cannot be created or invented. It can only be detected or discovered. Meaning is mostly about self-discovery. The oracle knew this when he said, "Know yourself."

This is how it is...it is like this: the world is not fair, nothing lasts forever, it came to pass not to stay, nobody has it made but anybody can make the best of it, things are seldom as they appear, there are no guarantees, your happiness is your own responsbility, your wish may come true and you may be sorrow that it did, the most important things in life a person must do for himself, You are going to win some and lose some, change and death are certain.

This is the way it is...it is like this. The stove is hot now. It may or may not have been hot in the past, it may or may not be not hot in the future. Accept that this is how it is... it is like this. The stove is hot now.

This is how it is...it is like this. This is the way it is whether you know it or not.This is not a secret. The only secret there is; there is no secret. There is unawareness, denial, not knowing, self-doubt, stupidity and fear. These are the things that cause a person to experience meaninglessness or have less meaning in life than is desirable or healthy.  But this too is how  it is.

This is how it is... it is like this. Acceptance of this immutable present state or condition empowers a person to be creative, productive and open to revelations and mysteries. Experiencing  "This is how it is...it is like this" is an "ah" moment in the Eternal Now.
