Are you a nobody or anybody?

Nobody has It Made
but Anybody can Make
the Best of It
(A Haiku to remember)
By Uriah J. Fields

"Nobody has it made but anybody can make the best of it."
"He has it made," you hear, or, you say. You see. he has
good health,.money and nourshing relationships. These
things can chamge suddenly and without warning. And
they can, as they often are, be a passport to personal traagedy.
Life is precarious, fragile and for a certainty it always ends
in death.

"Anyone can make the best of it," but it begins with haviing
a positive attitude. Nobody, no thing or circumstance can
deprive a person of the opportunity to have a particular
atitdude about his situation at any given time. Having a
positive attitude is the key that unlocks the door to making
the best of it. Always that is one's personal best, not the
universal best. This best is reflective of one's uniqueness.

"Nobody has it made," and "Anyone can make the best
of it" have more in common than offering their possesors
death. While living embracing the illusion of "having it
made" and choosing  to "make the best of it" invariably offer
their possesors pain and joy. Those who do not choose

to make the best of it miss the opportunity to have joy,
but not the pain. Joy is a gift but it is possessed only by
those who choose it. Nobody has it made because having
it made is an illusion that runs counter to human nature. But
Anyone can make the best of it by having a positive
attitude, living in faith and giving all to love.

Remember, this will serve you well: "Nobody has it made
but Anybody can make the best of it."

So much wisdom in your words. I always veered toward the bright side because that's the joyous and happy place to be. Why drown yourself in self-pity, pain, agony and darkness when the light of day can put a happy smile on your face and a song in your heart.
