My oldest grandson is in the hospital tonight. He's seven years old and scared. Please send him your blessings. His name is Mason .
Comings and goings are expected
Its what life's all about
Living and giving, connected
In ones we take in and leave out
Decisions can make us stronger
Enforce God's spirit within
As we grow with positive connections
We adopt from the gifts of our friends
It enhances the character within us
To make positive the spirit we have
For some who opt for the negatives
Their character developes so sad
We are obligated to structure ourselves
Into people we'd all like to meet
In harmony we then stay connected
As we bid all the negatives to flee
In doing we enforce our character
To be forceful in a positive way
We then become bonded together
To give God our best everyday.
Awww, poor Mason. He's indeed in my prayers; hospitals CAN be scary places! I know; been there, done that, even have the hospital robe (and the surgical scars!!)! Hope the little guy feels better soon; keep us informed!

It is The Light's way to determine if our awareness has grown enough to be of use for the sacred purpose of The Light in this realm, where gifts often have lost their meaning which is in the mind and hearts of those at the receiving end. The increase of awareness determines the path we must walk through life. From the instant of birth, namesake, and the care we receive of those trusted to care for us. Yup, I can relate to the big bad hospital, I went in when I was seven for appendix operation . . . Loved this poem. It could be used as a Sunday School lesson on every level . . . You are a winner . . .
dear Susan... the minute I read your intro I was hooked into this... I had SUCH an experience when I was only 2 in hospital and can relate. The long and the short is that I awoke from a startling dream at the time you posted this poem and feel very convicted to pray. I'm hot all over... Does Mason have a pet he's close to? I think this is a major key to helping him cope... he and that pet are very spiritually close... Unless, of course, I am totally barking mad! But I know this feeling... and it usually God prompting me to act. Bless you both. Yep, kinda think I'm right... The strength of my conviction tells me, and to step our publically on this. His love enfolds Mason and his distressed family, you can be fully sure. With love and heartfelt prayer. Kate xx

So sad when children have to suffer! You have my thoughts and prayers Susan,as does Mason and family! If he's anything like his grandma he'll be just fine! I'm sure some of your positive attitude rubbed off on him!
