If I never wrote
another poem,
it would not cause
a brain storm.
If I never wrote
anything again,
at least I overcame
my fear to begin.
I didn't let nothing get
in my way,
still don't until
this day.

I see others eyes,
what they think
is no surprise.
I watch anothers face,
their look doesn't
do me disgrace.
I hear what people say,
it doesn't even
hurt my day.

I just fabricated
a great tale,
how others feel
has given me hell.
I love to be accepted,
in my heart and soul
well adapted.
The reason I waited
so long to write,
was because of how others
caused me fright.
